  Sweenie Moving helped us with our recent house and business move. They actually came out and looked at our house and offices, and quoted onsite. Though it was a few dollars more than the competitors over-the-phone quotes we found the owners and staff very friendly, and felt they had a very good grasp of all that was required. They stuck to their estimates and also helped us with last minute packing the day before. Everyone we met was calm, courteous, professional and helpful. Will recommend to everyone!

  Let's be honest, a move of this magnitude is stressful at the best of times, and there are many potential tripping points. The few that came up were dealt with quickly and professionally. Denise truly understood the requirements and responded fully, including provision of a number of packing supplies. All of our items arrived within the promised timeline and with virtually no damage. I was actually surprised and amazed.

  We had a very large inter-provincial move from Victoria to the Edmonton area. Denise Sweenie was our contact person and we just simply can't say enough about her. We ran in to complications when the semi couldn't get into our driveway due to a hump below and power lines above, among other things. Denise always actively came up with quick solutions rather than simply captioning the situation. She made things happen and made them happen fast! The truck driver, Ken, was equally outstanding at both ends!

  I had initially booked Two Burley Men early in November to move us on December 1st. They didn't show up, so I called around frantically to find another moving company. I spoke to Denise at Sweenie, and she had a crew to us less than half an hour later! They were so sweet, considerate & patient with us. Both of the gentlemen helping us were funny & did wonders to lighten our mood after such a horribly stressful morning. I cannot sing Sweenie Moving enough praise & will absolutely be using them for all of my future moves.
