    Brent, the owner is amazing! He smashes whatever stereotype people have about crossfit. No, you will not injure yourself if you do crossfit as long as you are doing it correctly. He is all about proper form -- this is a big one! He will call you out if you are doing something that can potentially hurt you. He's amazing! He cares about his clients and will remember your name. He has a great sense of humour that can't be beat!

    As someone who has been physically inactive for years, the first month (basics) was brutal, but totally worth it. I'm now two weeks into the normal classes and I actually look forward to going! I never thought I'd enjoy it so much.

    Don't put off your goals any longer. If you have been thinking about signing up for a gym membership, this is the best place to do it. Just like starting any habit, your first month will be difficult. But if you stick with it, you'll learn to love it. And you'll have a team of staff and other clients who will support you in your fitness goals!

    The classes are great. Everyone is so supportive. Don't be intimidated by the long term members -- they are all super nice and supportive. We all have to start somewhere. If you're new and not as strong, Brent (or whoever is teaching that time) will give you lots of attention and make sure you're doing it safely and effectively. It's like having your own personal trainer.
