    I'd like to see a bigger store but the staff are very nice and friendly and they have a decent supply of items considering their limited space.

    Refused to honor it with a receipt. Having dealt with companies like snap-on for years, that's absolutely unacceptable. With so many places actually standing behind what they sell, there is absolutely no reason to shop here.

    Local hardware shop. Can find most things you need. They do key cutting too which is handy. There is a small garden centre too. Not the cheapest place but not the most expensive either. Good customer service.

    Absolutely terrible service. Shopped there for years, and went to warranty a hand tool purchased there with an "unconditional lifetime warranty"
